I have nothing but praise for the excellent work Lara did in developing our marketing strategy for international public finance professionals. I was very impressed by how quickly she built her understanding of the public financial management environment, identifying the salient issues and immediately adding value. The success of our strategy was in large measure down to the flair and imagination which Lara brought to it.
